Ingredients

  • - 1 (3-ounce) package lemon jell-o
  • - 1 cup boiling water
  • - 1 cup buttermilk
  • - 1 cup chopped apples
  • - 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • - 1/4 cup chopped pecans

How To Make buttermilk waldorf salad

  • Step 1
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in buttermilk and refrigerate until partially set.
  • Step 2
    Fold in apples, celery and pecans. Turn into 1- quart mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold and garnish with lettuce leaves.
