Ingredients

  • ·
    1 (3-ounce) package lemon jell-o
  • ·
    1 cup boiling water
  • ·
    1 cup buttermilk
  • ·
    1 cup chopped apples
  • ·
    1/4 cup chopped celery
  • ·
    1/4 cup chopped pecans

How to Make Buttermilk Waldorf Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in buttermilk and refrigerate until partially set.
  2. Fold in apples, celery and pecans. Turn into 1- quart mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold and garnish with lettuce leaves.
