Ingredients
- 1 small box sugar free lemon jello
- 1 small box sugar free lime jello
- 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
- 1, 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1, 8 oz cans crushed pineapple
- 2 cups hot water, divided
How To Make bunyan's diabetic lemon lime jello salad/dessert

Step 1FOR THE BASE:

Step 2In a bowl, dissolve the lemon Jello completely in 1 cup of hot water

Step 3Set in the fridge to set up 2/3 of the way

Step 4Using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream to soft peaks in a bowl and set it in the fridge

Step 5Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until light and fluffy

Step 6Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese, and pour in the 2/3 set up lemon jello, whip until creamy

Step 7Pour into an 8" X 8" glass pan and put it back in the fridge to set up completely

Step 8FOR THE TOP:

Step 9Dissolve the lime Jello completely in 1 cup of hot water

Step 10Add the crushed pineapple and stir to combine

Step 11Set the lime Jello in the fridge to set up 1/2 way

Step 12Pour the 1/2 set lime Jello over the completely set lemon Jello, spread it out evenly

Step 13Put it back in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until completely set
