1 pkgsmall, cherry jello
2 cboiling water
1 can(s)15 oz blueberries in heavy syrup undrained. not blueberry pie filling
1 pkg8 oz cream cheese softened
1 csour cream
1/2 cchopped pecans
How to Make BLUEBERRY GELATIN SALAD
- In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in blueberries.
Pour into a 9x13" glass baking dish
Chill until set
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla and sour cream; mix well. Spread over the gelatin layer; sprinkle with pecans.
Chill several hours to overnight
Yields 10 to 12 servings
