My neighbor gave me this recipe and I think it is the best jello recipe I've ever eaten.

  • 8 oz pkg
    rasberry gelatin
  • 12 0z can(s)
    crushed pineapples
  • 15 oz can(s)
    pickled beets
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 c
    chelery, chopped

How to Make Beet Pineapple Salad


  1. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Drain beets and pineapple. Use the juices and enough water to make up the other 2 cups of liquid. I tablespoon lemon juice can be included.
  2. Cut beets in Julienne strips. When gelatin is parly set, add pineapple, beets, celery and nuts. Chill until set.
