My neighbor gave me this recipe and I think it is the best jello recipe I've ever eaten.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz packages rasberry gelatin
  • 12 0z cans crushed pineapples
  • 15 oz cans pickled beets
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chelery, chopped

How To Make beet pineapple salad

  • Step 1
    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Drain beets and pineapple. Use the juices and enough water to make up the other 2 cups of liquid. I tablespoon lemon juice can be included.
  • Step 2
    Cut beets in Julienne strips. When gelatin is parly set, add pineapple, beets, celery and nuts. Chill until set.
