Ingredients
- 8 oz packages rasberry gelatin
- 12 0z cans crushed pineapples
- 15 oz cans pickled beets
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chelery, chopped
How To Make beet pineapple salad

Step 1Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Drain beets and pineapple. Use the juices and enough water to make up the other 2 cups of liquid. I tablespoon lemon juice can be included.

Step 2Cut beets in Julienne strips. When gelatin is parly set, add pineapple, beets, celery and nuts. Chill until set.
