This is a very pretty and delicious fruit Jello-salad. Got this recipe from my Grandma years ago.

Ingredients

1 package lemon jello ; dissolved use pineapple juice for part of liquid.
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 pound marshmallows, mini
1/2 cup crushed pineapple ; reserve juice
1/2 cup dream whip
1 package cherry jello

How To Make beauty salad

Step 1

Mix lemon jello according to package ; using pineapple juice for some of the required liquid.

Step 2

Combine : cream cheese , mayonnaise , stir till smooth
Step 3

Add dream whip , pineapple , marshmallows ; Add to cream cheese mixture and pour into a glass oblong dish.
Step 4

Once mixture is set ; pour the dissolved cherry jello over top and re-set until firm.
Step 5

Cut and serve on green lettuce leaf.
