This is a very pretty and delicious fruit Jello-salad. Got this recipe from my Grandma years ago.

Ingredients For beauty salad

  • 1 pkg
    lemon jello ; dissolved use pineapple juice for part of liquid.
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 lb
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1/2 c
    crushed pineapple ; reserve juice
  • 1/2 c
    dream whip
  • 1 pkg
    cherry jello

How To Make beauty salad

  • 1
    Mix lemon jello according to package ; using pineapple juice for some of the required liquid.

    Combine : cream cheese , mayonnaise , stir till smooth
  • 3
    Add dream whip , pineapple , marshmallows ; Add to cream cheese mixture and pour into a glass oblong dish.

    Once mixture is set ; pour the dissolved cherry jello over top and re-set until firm.

    Cut and serve on green lettuce leaf.
