My sister makes this at all holidays, you either love it or hate it. I am the former.

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon jell-o (small)
  • 1 3/4 cups tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • - salt and white pepper to taste

How To Make aspic (tomato)

  • Step 1
    Heat tomato juice to boiling. Add jell-o and sugar, stir to dissolve completely. Cool then add salt, pepper and vinegar. Stir add all veggies. Mix well and put in refrigerator until set.
