Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    lemon jell-o (small)
  • 1 3/4 c
    tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • dash(es)
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    salt and white pepper to taste

How to Make ASPIC (Tomato)

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat tomato juice to boiling. Add jell-o and sugar, stir to dissolve completely. Cool then add salt, pepper and vinegar. Stir add all veggies. Mix well and put in refrigerator until set.
