Ingredients

  • 6 oz packages apricot or orange jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 20 oz cans can crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 15 oz cans apricot halves, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
  • 8 oz - cool whip

How To Make apricot jello salad

  • Step 1
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • Step 2
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  • Step 3
    Add pineapple to jello and set aside.
  • Step 4
    Beat cream cheese and pineapple juice until smooth.
  • Step 5
    Stir in jello and chill until partly set, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 6
    Stir in apricots and nuts.
  • Step 7
    Fold in Cool whip and spread into 9x13 inch pan.
