Ingredients
- 6 oz packages apricot or orange jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 20 oz cans can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 15 oz cans apricot halves, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 8 oz - cool whip
How To Make apricot jello salad

Step 1Dissolve jello in boiling water.

Step 2Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

Step 3Add pineapple to jello and set aside.

Step 4Beat cream cheese and pineapple juice until smooth.

Step 5Stir in jello and chill until partly set, stirring occasionally.

Step 6Stir in apricots and nuts.

Step 7Fold in Cool whip and spread into 9x13 inch pan.
