How to Make Apricot Jello Salad
- 1Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- 2Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- 3Add pineapple to jello and set aside.
- 4Beat cream cheese and pineapple juice until smooth.
- 5Stir in jello and chill until partly set, stirring occasionally.
- 6Stir in apricots and nuts.
- 7Fold in Cool whip and spread into 9x13 inch pan.
