Got this recipe at one of my husband's pot luck lunches at work years ago. Very yummy with grilled meat, pasta dish, or just about anything!

Ingredients

1 package italian greens salad mix
1 jar coleslaw dressing (like marie's)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 package grape or cherry tomatoes

How To Make yummy salad

Step 1

Rinse salad mix and tomatoes. Shake off excess water. Place in large bowl.

Step 2

Add as little or as much dressing as you prefer.
Step 3

Top with cheese and toss.
Step 4

Cover and chill until ready to serve.
