We call this "Hay" because that's what my mother-in-law called it. She grew most of the ingredients in her garden. It's quite a combination, I know, but I hope you'll try it. It is delicious and filling. Not your diet salad but very satisfying.

    hard boiled eggs

    warm bacon grease, (i add some canola oil so it is a little healthier)
  • ·
    vinegar
  • ·
    salt and pepper
