Ingredients
- - 2 cups chopped or shredded green cabbage
- - 2 cups chopped or shredded red cabbage
- - 1 cup walnuts
- - 1 cup dried cranberries
- - 1/2 cup sliced purple onion
- - 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- - 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- - 1/3 cup sugar
- - 1 tsp. celery seeds
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
How To Make walnut cranberry slaw

Step 1This recipe requires 4 hours of refrigeration. Toss the cabbage, walnuts, cranberries, onion and bell pepper together in a bowl. Whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds and salt in a bowl until sugar dissolves. Drizzle over the cabbage mixture. Chill covered for 4 hours. Drain before serving. Serves 12 Texas Tables
