    2 cups chopped or shredded red cabbage

    1 cup walnuts
  • ·
    1 cup dried cranberries
  • ·
    1/2 cup sliced purple onion
  • ·
    1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ·
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • ·
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • ·
    1/3 cup sugar
  • ·
    1 tsp. celery seeds
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. salt

How to Make Walnut Cranberry Slaw

Step-by-Step

  1. This recipe requires 4 hours of refrigeration. Toss the cabbage, walnuts, cranberries, onion and bell pepper together in a bowl. Whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds and salt in a bowl until sugar dissolves. Drizzle over the cabbage mixture. Chill covered for 4 hours. Drain before serving. Serves 12
