This salad has been tested by many at church functions and beyond. It's very easy to make and to alter the ingredients. It's actually a family friendly salad for winter, spring, summer or fall. Every season that I make it I will add something or take something away. It's been approved by many friends and associates and they still experience the "WOW" factor. This is an earthy, feel good salad from God's Earth and every fork full has a dash of Love in it. Full of vitamins and other health things we need to help stay healthy. Guaranteed satisfaction is stamped all over it. You can also garnish this salad with a healthy portion of cream or goat cheese.

Ingredients For vegetable ala grande salad

    head cauliflower
  • 1
    head broccoli
  • 3
    carrots, peeled
  • 5
    stalks celery
  • 1
    small package radishes
  • 4
    red onions chopped fine or full circle
  • 8 lg
    mushrooms, dried
  • 2
    yellow squash or zuchinni
  • 1
    red or green peper
  • DRESSING INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/4 c
    canola oil or virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    rice vinegar or baslamic (sweet)
  • 1 c
    shaved butternut squash
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 1/8 oz
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 3 pinch
    guava paste

How To Make vegetable ala grande salad

    Important: Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces.

    Put dressing ingredients in jar; shake to mix.

    Pour over vegetables.
