You can use any veggies you want. I had a ramen mix in a round bowl that had a sauce so I used the sauce for the chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 package chicken flavored ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups torn salad greens
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Step 1For the Dressing In a screw top jar combine the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles, vinegar, orange juice, and vegetable oil. Shake well. Set in fridge

Step 2In a bowl mix the torn salad greens, bean sprouts, and cilantro. Break up the Ramen noodles and add to the greens. Set in fridge for 1 hour.

Step 3Place a little oil in skillet and add the chicken pieces. Brown the pieces and then add the teriyaki sauce. Cook until chicken is no longer pink

Step 4Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Top the salad with the chicken
