1/4 clemon juice
2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 1/2 tsplemon rind, grated
1/4 tspseasoned salt
3 mediumoranges, peeled
2 ccauliflower flowerets
2 Tbspgreen onion, chopped
6 cfresh spinach
How to Make Tangy Orange and Spinach Salad
- Combine lemon juice, sugar, oil, lemon rind, salt, and marjoram in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Add rest except spinach. Toss lightly to coat well.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Tear spinach into bite-size pieces. Cut oranges crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. Add to orange mixture. Toss lightly and serve.
