Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • dash kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 - small head green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 - scallions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 - large carrot, grated
  • 1 cup golden raisins

How To Make tangy coleslaw

  • Step 1
    IN A LARGE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER THE SOUR CREAM, LIME JUICE,SUGAR, HOT SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER.
  • Step 2
    ADD THE CABBAGE, SCALLIONS, CARROT, AND RAISINS AND TOSS TO COAT. REFRIGERATE.
