This is a great and super easy salad that everyone loves! Can be used as a side to your BBQ or a main for a HOT summer time meal! Quick and EASY.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg.
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg.
    bag of salad mix
  • 1
    bottle thousand isle dressing
  • 1
    can chili beans
  • 1
    bag of taco chips ( doritos) crushed any flavor you choose
  • 1 pkg
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How to Make Taco Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook ground beef. Pour off any fat. Add taco seasoning & beans. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, put salad mix, add meat mixture.
    Add crushed bag of chips.
    Pour on bottle of dressing.
    Add cheese.
    Mix well.
  3. You can use regular Doritos or to put a little heat try the spicer flavor's.
    Also there are spicer taco mix's.
  4. This is a salad best eaten fresh since the lettuce will wilt soon.
