This is our favorite salad to serve with a summer BBQ or anytime you want something delicious all by itself.

Ingredients

  • 1 head - iceburgh lettus
  • 1 Lg. - tomato
  • 1 can - dark kidney beans rinsed
  • 1 8oz - mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 lg - onion diced
  • 1 bottle catalina dressing
  • 1 bag - corn chips (amount to taste)

How To Make taco salad (meatless)

  • Step 1
    in large bowl shred lettus, add diced fresh tomato, beans, cheese, onion and dressing. Add corn chips and toss.
