1 1/2 cups salt water add to cucumbers and refrigerator 1 hour drain
3 cups head lettuce
1/4 cup green onion
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar mix these 3 ingredients and and heat
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make surprise salad with head lettuce

Step 1

Cucumbers and salt water in refrigerator for 1 hour. While that sits shred lettuce and chop onions. you can add tomato or what ever other veg you want. set to side. After 1 hr.drain the cucumbers but don't risen. add to lettuce mix. Can add a little bacon bits.

Step 2

Heat the sugar, vinegar and oil until sugar dissolves, Then pour over salad mix and enjoy.
