Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, divided
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 chicken breasts
- 10 cups romaine lettuce
- 12 strawberries quartered
- 4 tablespoons pistachio nuts
- 2 avocado, halved and sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons candied ginger
How To Make strawberry chicken salad

Step 1Combine 6 tbsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sugar together. Use half to marinate the chicken saving the other half for dressing. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes. Cut the chicken into strips.

Step 2Add the remaining olive oil to a skillet and cook the chicken until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool a bit.

Step 3To assemble the salad, add the romaine lettuce to the plate. Top with strawberries, pistachios, avocado slices, Parmesan cheese, and candied ginger. Add the chicken slices. Drizzle the remaining balsamic over the top.
