I picked up this recipe from a bag of food that I picked up at the local grocery store.

Ingredients For steak salad with horseradish dressing

  • 8
    steak fingers
  • 6 c
    assorted salad greens
  • 1 md
    red onion, sliced
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c
    bottled ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • OPTIONAL
  • bread, toasted

How To Make steak salad with horseradish dressing

    Divide salad greens among 4 plates.
  • 2
    Top each with onions, mushrooms and 1 Tbsp Parmesan.

    In a small bowl, combine ranch style dressing, horseradish, lemon juice and black pepper.

    Heat steak fingers according to package directions.

    Cut fingers into 1" size pieces and place on salad.

    Drizzle dressing and serve with toast.
