Ingredients
- 8 - steak fingers
- 6 cups assorted salad greens
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- OPTIONAL
- - bread, toasted
How To Make steak salad with horseradish dressing

Step 1Divide salad greens among 4 plates.

Step 2Top each with onions, mushrooms and 1 Tbsp Parmesan.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine ranch style dressing, horseradish, lemon juice and black pepper.

Step 4Heat steak fingers according to package directions.

Step 5Cut fingers into 1" size pieces and place on salad.

Step 6Drizzle dressing and serve with toast.
