I've been making this for more years than I care to even think, and the dressing is addictive. I have a friend I gave this recipe to and she always tells me she could drink it.

Ingredients

2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup crisco oil
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1 bag fresh spinach
2 - hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 pound bacon, fried crisp
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms

How To Make spinach salad with honey mustard dressing

Step 1

Mix Dressing ingredients and chill.

Step 2

Chop and fry bacon until crisp.
Step 3

Mix together salad ingredients and add dressing just before serving.
