SALAD

1 - apple, diced (i use granny smith)
5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, reserving 1 teaspoons grease for cooking almonds
3 - green onions and tops, thinly sliced
1/3 cup sliced almonds, cooked in 1 tsp bacon drippings
DRESSING
1/2 cup salad or olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar (can adjust this amount to your taste)
3 tablespoons tarragon wine vinegar
- dash of pepper

How To Make spinach salad with bacon and apples

Step 1

Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in smaller bowl, using a whisk. Pour dressing over salad, toss, and serve.
