Ingredients
- 9oz. bag slices fresh spinach
- 1 can - sliced waterchestnuts
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- 2 - hard bpoiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
How To Make spinach salad

Step 1Place fresh spinach in large bowl with mushrooms & bacon. Top salad with eggs. Mix oil and next 5 ingredients for dressing. Toss with dressing before serving or let individuals dress themselves.
