Spinach Salad

This was a recipe my Aunt made for years at any get together. It was simple and later she told me she got it off of a recipe card.

Add to Grocery List

  • ·
    fresh spinach leaves ( a whole bag or more )
  • 1 pkg
    of dry italian dressing ( make according to packet directions )
  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts drained ( not marinated )
  • 1 can(s)
    of black olives drianed ( you can use sliced if you like )
  • 8 oz
    fresh mushrooms chopped

How to Make Spinach Salad


  1. Put the artichokes, mushrooms and olives in a container with a lid and pour the dressing over them. Refrigerate over night.
  2. When you are ready for the salad to be put together you just toss the spinach and the veggies and marinade together and serve.
  3. You can also add red onions to this or hard boiled eggs. I would add these last and not marinade them with the other veggies.
