I am always asked to bring this salad to get togethers. It's my Mom's recipe and a family favorite.

Ingredients
- 2 10 ounces bags fresh spinach, washed & drained
- 1/2 pound bean sprouts, fresh
- 2 8 ounces cans water chestnuts, drained
- 10-12 slices bacon, cooked crisply, crumbled
- 3 - hard cooked eggs, diced
- DRESSING
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 - medium onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make spinach salad

Step 1Mix all dressing ingredients in blender or with electric mixer until well blended; chill. This dressing is best if made the day before.

Step 2Put spinach, sprouts & water chestnuts in large bowl;toss until evenly distributed. Right before serving pour on dressing & toss until coated. Add bacon & eggs & gently toss again.
