Ingredients
- 16 ounces bacon
- 12 ounces fresh spinach
- 3 ounces parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups garlic and onion croutons
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step 1Cut bacon into 1" pieces. Cook until crisp. Drain, reserve 1/4 c drippings in skillet. Stir in egg, water, sugar, vinegar and pepper, simmer 10 min. Toss torn spinach, bacon, cheese, mushrooms and croutons. Pour dressing on top. Toss and serve immediately.
