- 1 and 1/2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
- 5-6 large shrimp, cooked

Step 1Chop lettuce, or greens of your choice, and place into a large salad bowl.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients to the bed of lettuce/greens.
