Ingredients
- 1 - head romaine lettuce, torn
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 5 - green onions
- 1/2 - red onion
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups lite miracle whip
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Step 1Layer lettuce, peas, egg, green and red onions, green bell pepper in a glass bowl.

Step 2Mix Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl, spread over bell pepper in glass bowl.
