Ingredients

    head romaine lettuce, torn
  • 2 c
    frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 5
    green onions
  • 1/2
    red onion
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 2 c
    lite miracle whip
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 12 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled

How to Make Seven plus layer salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Layer lettuce, peas, egg, green and red onions, green bell pepper in a glass bowl.
  2. Mix Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl, spread over bell pepper in glass bowl.
  3. Top with bacon and cheese
