Ingredients

  • - 5 tbsp. freshly grated paresan cheese, divided
  • - 1/4 cup olive or salad oil
  • - 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • - 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - dash salt
  • - 10 to 12 cups torn salad greens
  • - croutons, crumbled goat cheese, broken walnuts and/or balsamic vinegar, optional

How To Make salade parmesan

  • Step 1
    In large salad bowl, mix 3 Tbsp. of the Parmesan cheese,the olive oil, lemon juice, dry mustard, pepper, garlic and salt. Top with salad greens. If desired, add your choice of croutons, goat cheese, walnuts, and balsamic vinegar. Toss well. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve at once. Makes 8 to 10 side dish servings.
