It was so easy to make when I was given this recipe I had to share.

Ingredients

1lettuce head
-
1red onion, sliced into rings
-
6celery stalk, sliced thin
-
2 can(s)water chestnuts, sliced
-
1 pkgpetite peas, frozen
-
2 cmayonnaise
-
4 Tbspsugar
-
·**cheddar cheese, shredded (your desired amount)
How to Make SALAD IN 24 HOURS
- Layer ingrediants in a bowl (a clear bowl makes a nice presintation) as listed but not past the mayonnaise.
- In a seprate bowl combine the mayonnaise and sugar. Mix until the sugar is dissolved and then pour over the salad.
- Top with the chedder cheese (use as much as you like but make sure there is nothing showing through it)
- Let it set in your refrigerator over night and then serve.
