Had this at a holiday office party. It was so easy to make when I was given this recipe I had to share.

Ingredients
- 1 - lettuce head
- 1 - red onion, sliced into rings
- 6 - celery stalk, sliced thin
- 2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 package petite peas, frozen
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- - **cheddar cheese, shredded (your desired amount)
How To Make salad in 24 hours

Step 1Layer ingrediants in a bowl (a clear bowl makes a nice presintation) as listed but not past the mayonnaise.

Step 2In a seprate bowl combine the mayonnaise and sugar. Mix until the sugar is dissolved and then pour over the salad.

Step 3Top with the chedder cheese (use as much as you like but make sure there is nothing showing through it)

Step 4Let it set in your refrigerator over night and then serve.
