- 16 romaine hearts, cleaned and trimmed
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- LIME VINAIGRETTE
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt
- SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 1 lime, zested
How To Make romaine heart salad, lime, and fish sauce vinaigrette

Step 1Make the bread crumbs by adding all the ingredients to a small saucepan over low heat and cooking until browned. Set aside.

Step 2For the dressing, mix the lime juice, garlic, fish sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard and mix well. Add the olive oil and mix vigorously. Taste and add salt.

Step 3For the salad, place 4 romaine heads on a plate, top each with radish slices, the add the vinaigrette. Top with the bread crumbs.
