    champagne or white wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 oz
    baby arugula
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c
    shaved Parmesan cheese

How To Make rocket salad

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
