Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
- 3 - celery stalks, chopped
- 2 - roasted bell peppers, sliced
- - lettuce leaves
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make roast chicken pesto cream salad

Step 1MIx Sour Cream with Pesto. Add chicken, celery and bell pepper. Toss. Add Salt and Pepper, toss again. Cover and Chill until needed.

Step 2Remove salad from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Stir, and serve on top of lettuce leaves.
