Ingredients

  • 5 ounces sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 - celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 - roasted bell peppers, sliced
  • - lettuce leaves
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make roast chicken pesto cream salad

  • Step 1
    MIx Sour Cream with Pesto. Add chicken, celery and bell pepper. Toss. Add Salt and Pepper, toss again. Cover and Chill until needed.
  • Step 2
    Remove salad from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Stir, and serve on top of lettuce leaves.
