Ingredients

  • 1
    medium, cabbage or lettuce, shredded
  • 1 bunch
    green onion,chopped
  • 1 pkg
    oriental flavor ramen noodles(uncooked and broke)
  • 1
    2 oz pkg. silvered almonds
  • 1/2 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • ·
    flavor packet from ramen noodles

How to Make Ramen Noodle Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cabbage or lettuce and green onion, mix and chill.
  2. Saute almonds in 1 T. butter.
  3. For the dressing: Mix sugar, pepper, vinegar, vegetable oil and flavor packet from ramen noodles. Mix well, pour over all ingredients, stir.
