    olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 8 c
    torn romaine
  • 1 c
    halved thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 c
    caeser salad croutons
  • 1/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Pepperoni Caesar Salad


  1. In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, worcestershire sauce and pepper; set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine romaine and pepperoni. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with croutons and parmesan. Serve immediately.
