This is a salad you layer to refrigerate overnight, then mix to serve.

    head lettuce
  • 1
    onion, sliced thin
  • 1 lb
    bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1
    head cauliflower
  • 2 c
    mayo
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make overnight salad, grandma w

    Wash and dry lettuce and cauliflower. Fry bacon. Layer lettuce, onion, bacon then cauliflower in bowl. Mix mayo, sugar and cheese and spread over salad. Refrigerate overnight and mix just before serving.
