- 1 - onion, sliced thin
- 1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 - head cauliflower
- 2 cups mayo
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Step 1Wash and dry lettuce and cauliflower. Fry bacon. Layer lettuce, onion, bacon then cauliflower in bowl. Mix mayo, sugar and cheese and spread over salad. Refrigerate overnight and mix just before serving.
