How To Make overnight salad, grandma w

1Wash and dry lettuce and cauliflower. Fry bacon. Layer lettuce, onion, bacon then cauliflower in bowl. Mix mayo, sugar and cheese and spread over salad. Refrigerate overnight and mix just before serving.
