Ingredients
- 1 large bag salad greens or spinich
- 1 bunch diced scallions (use both green and white parts)
- 1/2 pound crisp, drained bacon (or 1 jar bacon bits)
- 4 large boiled eggs, diced
- 8 ounces frozen peas, uncooked
- 1 cup sour crea
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 package hidden valley ranch mix
- 2 cups shredded cheese
How To Make overnight 7-layer green salad

Step 1Mix sour cream, mayo and Hidden Valley mix together.

Step 2In a large bowl, layer salad in the following order: lettuce scallions bacon boiled eggs peas dressing mixture cheese

Step 3Refrigerate overnight (or for approx 8 hours) before serving. Ingredients and/or quantities can be adjusted to taste
