Ingredients
- 4 large eggs hard-boiled, peeled and sliced
- 1 heart of romaine lettuce
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 English cucumber, chopped
- 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 8 ounces deli turkey, sliced
- 8 ounces deli ham, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 dash cheddar cheese, shredded
- Thousand Island dressing
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 1 dill pickle, small dice
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
