My grandma makes this and I love it, but I cannot eat nuts anymore :( Enjoy it for me...

Ingredients

  • NOODLE NUT SALAD INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil (whatever oil you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • dash salt and pepper (how much you desire)
  • 1/2 teaspoon accent (m.s.g)
  • 1 package top ramen noodles (discard flavoring)
  • 1 cup chopped slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons margerine
  • 1 1/8 - head of lettuce chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted w/ almonds (sesame seeds opt)

How To Make noodle nut green salad

  • Step 1
    Combine Vinegar, Oil, Sugar, Salt, Pepper and M.S.G bring to a boil. Cool and refrigerate (will put on salad right before serving)
  • Step 2
    Crumble 1 pkg ramen noodles and brown slowly in skillet containing margerine. Remove Noodles and repeat process w/ almonds and sesame seeds. When cool add to chopped lettuce.
  • Step 3
    Add dressing and toss salad... SERVE IMMEDIATELY... Salad will wilt if not served immediately so better not to make too much b/c it will not be good for left overs. :) Enjoy.
