Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove, pressed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- anchovy filets (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- torn romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
How To Make my favorite caesar salad with no egg dressing

Step 1Press garlic into a large salad bowl. Add olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovy filets (to your liking or leave out), and lemon juice. Whisk ingredients well.

Step 2Layer torn lettuce leaves into bowl and toss to coat.

Step 3Add croutons and Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper; toss again. Serve immediately.
