Ingredients
- 1 pound spinach
- 1 bunch bean sprouts
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 3-4 - hard boiled eggs
- 6-8 slices bacon
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon worsteshire
- 1 - small onion grated to taste
How To Make mom's spinach salad

Step 1Cook bacon and chop. Cook eggs, peel and slice. Drain water chestnuts.

Step 2Make dressing: Combine oil, sugar, ketchup, salt, vinegar,worsteshire, grated onion in a blender. Make dressing.

Step 3In a bowl combine, spinach, bacon, eggs, sprouts, and chestnuts. Pour dressing right before serving. It makes a lot of dressing so use to your preference.
