Ingredients
- 1 - romaine lettuce head, torn
- 2 - carrots, grated
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 - cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup radishes, sliced
- 1 - 10 oz. packages frozen peas, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons dill, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1Combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. (Make dressing the day before so flavors marry).

Step 2In clear glass bowl, layer romaine, carrots, onion, cucumber, radishes (don't toss). Pour dressing over. Layer peas, cheese & bacon. Cover & refrigerate.
