- 8 ounces log of goat cheese or 10 oz
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 2 cups baby kale
- 6 large tomatoes chopped
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 1 cup basil chiffonade
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt
How To Make mixed greens & tomato salad with warm goat cheese

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. Place the goat cheese in a baking dish and bake 8 to 10 minutes until hot and oozy.

Step 2Mix the vinegar, oil and salt together. Mix the arugula, kale and red onion together. Dress the greens with the vinegar mixture. Top with the tomatoes, basil and a dollop of the warm goat cheese. Serve immediately.
