    romaine or iceberg lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin orange sections
  • 8 oz
    can salted cocktail peanuts

  • 1/3 c
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 c
    wesson oil

How to Make Mandarin Orange Peanut Salad


  1. Combine dressing ingredients in blender. Combine lettuce, drained Mandarin oranges and peanuts. Just before serving, pour dressing over and toss. Use 1 2/3 cups of dressing.
