Ingredients

  • 1 - head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 8 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 10 oz bags frozen corn (or peas), thawed
  • DRESSING
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo

How To Make make ahead layered salad

  • Step 1
    In a glass serving bowl, layer ingredients in the order listed above.
  • Step 2
    Whisk dressing ingredients together until combined.
  • Step 3
    Pour over the top of the corn and spread to cover.
  • Step 4
    Cover and refrigerate prior to serving.
