This is a great make ahead recipe that's perfect for summer barbecues.

    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 10 oz bag(s)
    frozen corn (or peas), thawed

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Make Ahead Layered Salad


  1. In a glass serving bowl, layer ingredients in the order listed above.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together until combined.
  3. Pour over the top of the corn and spread to cover.
  4. Cover and refrigerate prior to serving.
