Ingredients
- 1 - small head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 - small head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 - small purple onion, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make layered cauliflower salad

Step 1Layer lettuce, cauliflower and onion in 3 quart bowl. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and milk and spread evenly over the top, sealing to edge of bowl.

Step 2Top with bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Top with a little extra chopped letuce and diced onion. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
