    small head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1
    small head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
  • 1
    small purple onion, diced
  • 1 c
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Layered Cauliflower Salad


  1. Layer lettuce, cauliflower and onion in 3 quart bowl. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and milk and spread evenly over the top, sealing to edge of bowl.
  2. Top with bacon and sprinkle with cheese. Top with a little extra chopped letuce and diced onion. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
