Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • - salt-to taste
  • SALAD:
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1 pound spinach, fresh
  • 6 to 8 slices cooked bacon

How To Make korean salad & dressing

  • Step 1
    Mix together all dressing ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Tear spinach leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 3
    Mix rest of salad ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Toss in dressing.
