Ingredients
- 1 bunch curly kale
- 1 can small 8 oz can mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted if you have time
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt
How To Make kale orange and cranberries salad

Step 1Remove stems from kale and discard. Slice into thin strips.

Step 2Place in bowl and add the oil, vinegar, and salt. Massage the kale for 2 minutes. Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Step 3Add rest of ingredients and toss.
