- 1/2 cup radicchio, chopped
- 1/2 cup arugula, chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 6 - baby bella mushrooms, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup ken's fat free raspberry pecan dressing
