- 1/4 cup meyer lemon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
- salt and pepper to taste
- GRILLED ROMAINE
- 3 large hearts of romaine lettuce
- meyer lemon olive oil for brushing
