Ingredients
- 6-8 cups romaine lettuce leaves,chopped
- 1 - cucumber, sliced
- 2 - large tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup diced vidalia onion
- 3/4 cup tomato-basil feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup croutons, optional
- 1/2 cup olive or canola oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon each: dried basil, dried oregano and salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make greek garden salad

Step 1Combine first 8 ingredients in large salad bowl. In a separate container, shake together remaining dressing ingredients. (it's best if you can make the dressing at least an hour ahead of time so the flavors come together) Just before serving, top with dressing and toss. Enjoy!
