  • 6-8 c
    romaine lettuce leaves,chopped
  • 1
    cucumber, sliced
  • 2
    large tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c
    black olives
  • 1/4 c
    diced vidalia onion
  • 3/4 c
    tomato-basil feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c
    croutons, optional
  • 1/2 c
    olive or canola oil
  • 1/2 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    each: dried basil, dried oregano and salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Greek Garden Salad


  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in large salad bowl. In a separate container, shake together remaining dressing ingredients. (it's best if you can make the dressing at least an hour ahead of time so the flavors come together) Just before serving, top with dressing and toss. Enjoy!
